Crucifix of the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta of Cividale del Friuli

Mosaic, made with the Roman technique using natural materials, enamel inserts and gold tesserae, laid on a reinforced yet lightweight structure. The work was subsequently applied on a suitably worked marble cross.
